About my training sessions...

My top priority is to make training fun so that the girls continue to love lacrosse and soccer while they work on improving.  I typically work with girls over multiple 1-hour training sessions so that we can build on the progress we make in previous sessions.  I like to start with the fundamentals of building stick-skills and body-positioning.  I use drills that are fun and challenging and that girls can easily duplicate at home or with friends.  After working on the fundamentals, we start to work on position-specific concepts such as defensive-positioning and one-on-one attack moves.  I focus on fun drills with younger players and more advanced techniques with 8th graders and more experienced players.  

For girls that are more experienced but looking to work on a specific aspect of their game, I'm happy to create a plan to help them reach their targeted goals.  I also do training sessions with girls before upcoming tryouts to help them understand what to expect at the tryout and what coaches are looking for. 

The trainings are at Wesley Bishop Turf fields in Moorestown, NJ, and run from late May to mid-August.
